Our monthly meeting of members is held of the fourth Friday of every month, (excluding December). The meeting is held at The Bentleigh RSL 538 Centre Road Bentleigh from 10.15am until 12 noon. Morning tea is provided after which a recognised outside guest speaker for the day, presents and takes questions until 12 noon. The general meeting is the opportunity for members of the management committee to update the members on all that is happening within the club and what is planned for the months ahead.
The Management Committee of the Club is made up of 12 members and meets monthly on the second Friday of the month. The management and supervision of the clubs Activities program is the responsibility of various committee members.
Annually, at the March meeting, we hold our Annual General Meeting where we report to members on the years activities and the clubs finances and put in place the organisational structure for the year ahead.

First meeting of the year was on Australia Day 26th January 2024. Lots of members came along in green/gold or hats scarves etc. See photo below. We had 5 new visitors and 21 members stayed for lunch afterwards, A great day!

26th May……We are finally at our new Venue at The Bentleigh RSL. Members are pleased with the new venue as facilities are excellent!
Some members opted to have lunch at the Bistro when the meeting was finished.

It was our 24th Birthday in April 2019 and at the general meeting we celebrated with cake and a rendition of Happy Birthday to us. Entertainment was provided by Stacey-Louise and Stephen McMahon.
Jill Miller, a Foundation Member cut the cakes while we all sang Happy Birthday to us.
